Returns and Refunds Policy

At Bountys Basket, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide fresh, high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our Refunds and Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Refund Process

Since Bountys Basket operates with Cash on Delivery only, approved refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Store credit
  • Replacement product

depending on the situation and customer preference where applicable.

  • Photos of the product if damaged or incorrect

Order Cancellations

Exchanges
